- im asking bc i currently have a pissed off customer complaining about its quality, even tho i have description saying they are laminated charms AND warned that they are rather fragile.
- im making this poll bc i want to know opinions from someone whose not me lol. bc im having this feeling that my photos may be misleading my customers??
- also, what can i do about this angry customer? and lastly, how to make my photos more clear and not cause any more confusions in future? thanks!
